• IMS carry out cargo surveying such as bunkering surveying, oil surveying and draft surveying.

• Successfully delivered of a 1.5 million USD worth project of dredging an area of approximately 400 m long, 150 m wide and 3m depth in front of Tout Lui Jetty in the Suriname River within budget, schedule and quality to meet Staatsolie and clients expectations. Approximately 200,000 m³ dredging material was removed to reach the required river depth of 6 m at low water.
• Successfully negotiated a lease contract with Tradewind Tanker of hire a time charter vessel ( MT “Tradewind Legend”) for the period of two years start at 31st October 2011and end on 31st October 2013.
• Managing two time charter tankers, MT “Georgina PG” and MT “Tradewind Legend”.
Both vessels are using for export, import and trading of petroleum products in the Caribbean.

Oil Movement Coordinator, Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V., 1997-2010.
1. Leading organization 10 personnel with the responsibility for all products deliveries local and international, whereby all products within the agreed specification, volume and ontime deliveries.
2. Coordinate all product deliveries of approximately 600,000 barrels per month;
Fuel Oil deliveries to Suralco-Alcoa through a 10 inch high pressure pipeline from Tout Lui Faut to Paranam of approximately 180,000 barrels per month.
Bunker fuel deliveries with two 1,500 ton Oil Barges in the ports in the Suriname River of approximately 60,000 barrels per month.
Export deliveries to Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica, Guyana and Curacao of approximately 250,000 barrels per month
Import of Fuel Oil and Gas Oil from Trinidad, St Lucia and Curacao of approximately 100,000 barrels per month.
Gas Oil, Fuel Oil and Asphalt bitumen deliveries with Road Tank wagon of approximately 40,000 barrels per month.
3. Planning and scheduling of all the products deliveries.

Superintendent Transport and Distribution, Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V., 1988-1997.
1. Leading an organization of 40 personnel with the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of two 1,500 ton Oil Barges, a 60 km 14 inch pipeline from Saramacca to Tout Lui Faut, a 60,000 barrels Oil Tank Farm at Tout lui Faut and a 240.000 barrels Oil Tank Farm at Paranam.
2. Planning and scheduling of all crude oil deliveries local and international.

Supervisor Transport, Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V., 1986-1988
1. Supervised an organization of 20 personnel with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of two Oil Barges of 300 ton each, a 1,500 ton Oil Barge and one 700 HP Tug Boat.
2. Planning and scheduling of crude oil deliveries to Paranam and Nieuw Nickerie.

Second Marine Engineer, Scheepvaart Maatschappij Suriname N.V., 1984-1986
1. Responsible for good performance of the Main engine and auxiliary engine onboard M.
V.” Saramacca” and MV “Corantijn”.
2. Running shift watch in the engine room.
3. Responsible for preventive maintenance of all engines onboard the above mention vessels.
